Overview of Wintor Terminology

AR Tour - The Wintor app for unique tours using AR and unique interactivity.

Online Tour - The web-app allowing for rich media tours without downloading the app.

AR Studio - The creator part of of the Wintor app, allowing users tot create AR spots and attach content and interaction to these spots.

Wintor Media Manager

Spot - A location anchored via AR in the real world. The spot is the 3D base for all media and interactivity in this location.

Page - A 2D object that can contain images, audio, video or text. Pages can be called up to be shown directly on screen and are often used to play a full screen video or show a (longer) text.

Tour Lock - This setting ensures that only the correct tour for the venue is shown in hand-out devices. It also removes any Wintor branding seen in the regular app.

White Label - A custom version of the AR Tour App with a unique look and feel, and unique interface possibilities.

Creator - Tier in the Wintor subscription model for people who make their own tours.

Organization - Tier in the Wintor subscription model for teams creating multiple tours, sharing assets and collaborating.
